Other available information on the probe : Powder can be stored at room temperature
Other information on the target : not known
Selectivity profile : not lnown
In vivo data : Bisacodyl is a synthetic pyridinylmethylene-diacetate ester derivative stimulant laxative, Bisacodyl acts with a parasympathetic effect directly on mucosal sensory nerves, increasing peristaltic contractions. It is used for occasional constipation, in pre- and postoperative treatment, and in conditions that require facilitation of defecation. (NCI04)
In vitro data : Acting through WNK1 sérine/thréonine protéine kinase signaling pathway
Toxicity : Toxic on glioblastoma quiescent cells\r\nOther toxicity information can be found here: https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/2391#section=NIOSH-Toxicity-Data
Chaine SMILES : CC(=O)Oc3ccc(C(c1ccc(OC(C)=O)cc1)c2ccccn2)cc3
